1. Applicant will fill-in Application for Admission Form, handwritten using only black ball pen.
2. Applicant will pay non-refundable application and testing fee to the Cashier.
3. Applicant will present official receipt of application and testing fee, fully accomplished Application for Admission Form and the complete set of requirements to the Registrar.
4. Registrar will check requirements submitted and will provide Entrance Test Permit indicating the schedule of the test.
5. Applicant will present Entrance Test Permit to the Guidance Counselor for testing.
6. Registrar will notify applicant of application status via phone call or email.
7. Applicant will pay non-refundable Reservation Fee of P1,000.⁰⁰ to reserve slot or proceed to Enrolment.

*No tuition fee increase for S.Y. 2023 – 2024

Discounts:

• 5% for the total annual tuition fee if paid in full on or before Opening of Classes
• 5% for 2nd child
• 10% for 3rd child
• 15% for 4th and succeeding child

FOR PRE-SCHOOL

• Two recent 2×2 inches color picture with white background
• Clear copy of PSA Birth Certificate (bring original copy for verification)

FOR TRANSFEREE STUDENTS (Kindergarten – Grade 12)

• Report Card of the previous year
• Certificate of Good Moral Character
• Two recent 2×2 inches color picture with white background
• Clear copy of PSA Birth Certificate (bring original copy for verification)
• Recommendation form from the previous school (Ask official recommendation from from GTNA)
• Social – Developmental History Questionnaire (Form available at GTNA)

Rules on Refund for Students with Authorized Withdrawal are governed by Law for Private Schools. (Section No.66 s. 1992 Manual of Regulation for Private Schools, 8^th Edition 1992).

“Tuition Charges: A student who transfer or otherwise withdraws, in writing, within two weeks after the beginning of classes and who has already paid the pertinent tuition and other school fees in full or for any length of time longer than one month may be charged ten percent (10%) of the total amount due for the term if he withdraws within the first week of classes, or twenty percent (20%) if within the second week of classes, regardless of whether or not be has actually attended classes. The student may be charged all the school fees in full if he withdraws anytime after the second week of classes. However, if the transfer or withdrawal is due to a justifiable reason, the student shall be charged the pertinent fees only up to and including the last month of attendance.”
