GTNA is overseen by President Leonora Salvane, Vice-President Rogelio Salvane Sr. and the school’s Board of Trustees. The institution is also led by administrative leaders who collaborate with different departments and manage policies and practices that will make the academic life better.
Jonathan Aaron Salvane, Ed.D.
School Director
He is a graduate of Bachelor of Secondary Education Major in Technology and Livelihood Education specialized in Industrial Technology at Cebu Technological University- Main Campus. He finished Master of Arts in Education Major in Admin and Supervision in 2019 and he went on to study from the same institution and currently taking up Doctor in Development Education.
As a tech enthusiast, he aims to make the school one of the leading institutions that provide students with state-of-the-art facilities relative to this time and age of technologies. He directs the school towards providing the best technological resources that students of GT Northeast Academy can use to develop their skills further and become individuals who are ready for a technology-driven society. It is his vision that not only the students are well provided with resources to learn but also to provide the needed resources, trainings and work environment where the school staff can grow as professionals to their respective fields of expertise enabling them to provide the best service they could give to our clients.
Geraldine V. Salvane, LPT
Academic Affairs Head
She is an educator and academic leader with experience in teaching, curriculum development, instructional leadership, and educational program management. She holds a Bachelor of Secondary Education, Major in Mathematics from Cebu Normal University – Main Campus and is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Education, Major in Educational Management. Her professional experience includes teaching at Sacred Heart School – Hijas De Jesus, managing the implementation of a robotics academic curriculum across schools in Bacolod, Davao, and Cebu, and serving as an Academic and Instruction Development Officer at GT Northeast Academy.
As Academic Affairs Head, she is committed to strengthening academic programs, empowering teachers, and creating meaningful learning experiences for students. Guided by a passion for innovation and service, she advocates for a positive, respectful, and God-centered learning environment where students are encouraged to develop curiosity, creativity, character, and the skills needed to succeed in a changing world.
Niña Mae Jasmine Salvane
Finance and Administrative Officer
She is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy at the University of San Jose-Recoletos.
As part of her commitment to providing quality education, her projects and programs are to support and provide cutting-edge facilities, well ventilated and air-conditioned rooms, and a safe and secure environment. Moreover, she made sure to provide training programs to all the staff for their growth in learning and development. She believes that this will allow mastery of knowledge, skills, competencies, and improvement of work performance towards the achievement of the school’s goals.
With the dedicated and competent teachers and child loving support staff, it is a guarantee that the time spent by the students in school is never wasted. Thus, her ultimate goal is to prepare students to become lifelong learners and successful individuals by bringing out the best they can be.
