GTNA’s administration is responsible for the strategic vision for the school.

GTNA is overseen by President Leonora Salvane, Vice-President Rogelio Salvane Sr. and the school’s Board of Trustees. The institution is also led by administrative leaders who collaborate with different departments and manage policies and practices that will make the academic life better.

Jonathan Aaron Salvane, Ed.D.

School Director

He is the President and School Director of GT Northeast Academy. He is a graduate of Bachelor of Secondary Education, major in Technology and Livelihood Education, specializing in Industrial Technology, from Cebu Technological University–Main Campus. He earned his Master of Arts in Education, major in Administration and Supervision, in 2019 and completed his Doctor of Development Education at the same institution. With a strong passion for technology and educational innovation, he envisions GT Northeast Academy as a progressive institution that provides students with relevant, modern, and state-of-the-art learning resources that prepare them for a technology-driven and constantly evolving society.

As an educational leader, Dr. Salvane is committed not only to student development but also to the growth and professional advancement of the school’s teachers and staff. He believes that quality education is strengthened by an empowered workforce, a supportive environment, and continuous professional development. Through his leadership, he strives to cultivate a culture of innovation, excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement, ensuring that GT Northeast Academy remains responsive to the needs of its learners and committed to providing meaningful and quality education.

Geraldine V. Salvane, LPT

Academic Affairs Head

She is an educator and academic leader with experience in teaching, curriculum development, instructional leadership, and educational program management. She holds a Bachelor of Secondary Education, Major in Mathematics from Cebu Normal University – Main Campus and is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Education, Major in Educational Management. Her professional experience includes teaching at Sacred Heart School – Hijas De Jesus, managing the implementation of a robotics academic curriculum across schools in Bacolod, Davao, and Cebu, and serving as an Academic and Instruction Development Officer at GT Northeast Academy.

As Academic Affairs Head, she is committed to strengthening academic programs, empowering teachers, and creating meaningful learning experiences for students. Guided by a passion for innovation and service, she advocates for a positive, respectful, and God-centered learning environment where students are encouraged to develop curiosity, creativity, character, and the skills needed to succeed in a changing world.

Niña Mae Jasmine Salvane

Finance and Administrative Officer

She is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the University of San Jose-Recoletos. As the Finance and Administrative Officer of GTNA, she provides leadership in the school’s financial and administrative operations while supporting initiatives that advance the institution’s commitment to quality education and organizational excellence. With a strong commitment to continuous improvement, she works to strengthen the systems, programs, and resources that support the school community. She advocates for a safe, secure, and conducive learning environment through the continuous improvement of school facilities and learning spaces. She likewise recognizes the importance of investing in people and promotes professional development opportunities that enable teachers and staff to enhance their knowledge, skills, competencies, and overall performance.

She believes that excellence in education is built through strong leadership, competent and dedicated people, and an environment that inspires both learning and growth. Together with GTNA’s passionate educators and child-loving support staff, she remains committed to creating meaningful experiences that allow every student to discover their potential, develop a love for learning, and grow into confident and successful individuals.

Guided by a vision for continuous growth and excellence, she continues to explore opportunities for innovation, improvement, and collaboration in support of the school’s mission and the community it serves.
