New Student / Transferee
A step-by-step admission guide for new students or transferees.

ADMISSION PROCEDURE
1
Fill-up Inquiry Form
Parent/Guardian will fill in the Inquiry Form.

Submit complete requirements
Submit the complete set of requirements to the School Registrar or e-mail the scanned copies of the requirements to isalvane@gtnortheastacademy.edu.ph.

Wait for confirmation
Wait for the acknowledgement and confirmation through text or e-mail to proceed to the next step.
4
Pay the application and testing fee
Pay the application and testing fee of Php 200.00 to the Cashier.

After payment is made, applicant will be given an Entrance Test Permit indicating the schedule of the test.

Guidance Office will contact Parent or Guardian
The Guidance Office will contact the parent/guardian regarding the application status of the applicant within 3-5 days after the test.

Pay the Reservation Fee
If accepted, parent/guardian will be advised to pay the non-refundable Reservation Fee of Php 1,000.00 to reserve a slot or proceed to Enrollment.

Age requirement:
Nursery 1 - must be 3 years old
Nursery 2 - must be 4 years old
Kinder - must be 5 years old

on or before August 31

One 1x1 ID picture of each guardians
Maximum of 3 guardians
Elementary and High School Department
✓
Photocopy of PSA/NSO Birth Certificate
✓
Final Progress Report Card duly signed by the Principal of the previous school
✓
Recommendation from the Guidance Counselor of the previous school
✓
Certificate of Good Moral Character from previous school
✓
2 pcs. recent 2x2 ID picture in white background
✓
One 1x1 ID picture of each guardians
Maximum of 3 guardians
